भोजन सुपाच्च हो इसलिए

भोजन के वक़्त एक ग्लास गुनगुना पानी रख दे | बीच-बीच में दो – दो घोट पिता जाय |
 "जलं  पिबेत मुहुः मुहुः | "
भोजन के बीच-बीच में कई बार घूंठ घूंठ पानी पीते रहने से भोजन सुपाच्च हो जायेगा |

To aid digestion

Keep a glass of luke warm water alongside during meals. At intermittent intervals, take around two sips.

Taking little sips of water at regular intervals during meals helps improve digestion of the food.
