Fix your gaze on the moon for 11-15 minutes, blink a few times and then repeat the exercise. Make rice pudding on the full moon night of Sharad month and bathe it in moonlight. Do japa of Gurumantra while fixing your gaze on the moon. This helps improve eyesight and also brings forth calmness in behavior.
