जिसको किडनी की तकलीफ हो तो वो खुले बदन ज्यादा रहे | रोम-कूप के द्वारा भी उर्जा लेवे | कपड़ो पे कपड़े, ये भारी-भारी जींस, ये वो पहनना स्वस्थ के विपरीत है | एकदम शुद्ध सूती कपड़े | और वो भी पसीना शरीर से निकलता रहे तो किडनी पर लोड कम पड़े | खाना चबा के खाएँ और किडनी की तकलीफ वालो को गौ-झरण मिले तो उसका पान किया करे | गौ- झरण अर्क मिले तो उसमें थोडा पानी मिलाये ५०% वो पिये, नही तो गौ-झरन शुद्ध गाये का मिल जाये, बछडी का वो पिये २५ से ५० ग्राम उससे भी किडनी की शुद्धी होती है |
