पर नही गिनना १,२,३ मन में ही जपना मन में ही गिनती करना | मन
चंचल हो तो इससे मन शांत हो जाता है कई लोग बोलते हैं न हम जप करने बैठते है मन नही लगता
| तो २४ बार करके बैठे | अपनी मन की आँखों
के आगे अपने इष्ट अपने गुरु को रखे | के मेरा मन जप
में, ध्यान में, उपासना
में लग जाये | तो बड़ा भारी लाभ होता है | तो ब्रह्म राम ते नाम बड़, वरदायक
वरदानी | ये नाम जो है वरदान देने वालो को भी वर
देने वाला है | ऐसी इस नाम में शक्ति है |
For fickle mind :-
Whenever you sit for morning or evening prayers, first recite the name of Raam for 24 times. Do not do the counting on fingers, rather mentally, do the recitation 1,2,3... in your mind. If someone is fickle minded, his mind will gradually be at peace. Some people complain that my mind does not stay focused when I sit for Japa. Then do this 24 times recitation before sitting for Japa. Place a mental image of your Lord or Gurudev in front of your mind; and pray that may mind be focused on Japa, meditation and penance. This practice is highly beneficial. This hole name is so powerful that it can grant boons to even those who are bestower of boons.
