मन ना लगे तो -

मन नहीं लगता तो एक तरफ भगवान का नाम जपो, दूसरी तरफ गिनो मन अपने आप लगाने लग जायेगा | हरी ॐ -१, हरी ॐ - २, हरी ॐ -३ ऐसे १०८ तक गिनो अथवा श्वास अंदर गया तो भगवान का नाम बाहर आया तो गिनती मन अपने आप लगेगा | फिर भी मन नहीं लगता तो महाराज मन लगे ना लगे हम तो आपके है ...भगवान ना नही बोल सकते !

If feeling disinterested in spiritual path

If feeling disinterested in spiritual path, pray do japa of God's name and count it at the same time, then the mind will automatically develop interest. HARI AUM -1, HARI AUM -2, HARI AUM -3... Do this till the count of 108; or Breathe in, say God's name , then exhale and count it. Mind will develop interest on its own.

Even then, if mind does not support, then surrender to God saying... irrespective of whether the mind listens or not... 'We belong to You'. .. God cannot say no!
