१) मैं भगवान का हूँ, भगवान मेरे हैं | ॐ कार मन्त्र गायत्री छंद,
परमात्मा ऋषि, अन्तर्यामी प्रभु इस मन्त्र के देवता हैं | हम उसका जप करते
हैं, सुमृतिशक्ति, यादशक्ति बढ़ाने के लिए | कंठ से ॐ...... जपे || फिर से
श्वास लो, घर, कमर, गर्दन सीधी | ॐ....| ये २ बार करके फिर भगवान की, गुरु
की मूर्ति, ॐ कार के सामने देखना है और आँखों की पलके ना हिले, १ मिनट अगर
आँखों की पलके हिलाए बिना तुम देखते हो तो मन एकाग्र होने लगेगा |
२) अथवा दूसरा तरीका है उपर के दांत थोड़े उपर और नीचे के दांत थोड़े नीचे,
होंठ बंद | जीभ उपर नही, नीचे नही, बीच में खड़ी रखें और देखते रहें | जीभ
उपर ना जाये, नीचे ना जाये | अगर आँखे बंद करनी हैं तो कर सकते हैं | अब
वहां जीभ पर मन लगा दो | १ मिनट अगर जीभ बीच में स्थिर हो गयी तो मन एकाग्र
होने लग जायेगा | और एकाग्रता से सारी समस्याओं का समाधान हो जाता है |
आत्मा की शक्ति आती है मन में | निर्णयशक्ति, विचार सब प्रभाव विकसित हो
जाता है |
3) तीसरा है पैर के अंगूठे पकड़े, २ अंगूठो को उँगलियों से अच्छी तरह पकड़े
और फिर उसपर, अंगूठो के नाख़ून पर दृष्टि जमा दी | मन शांत होने लगेगा |
४) चौथा है टंक विद्या | कंठ से ॐ कार का गुंजन थोड़ी देर करके फिर ध्यान-भजन करें तो मन एकाग्र हो जायेगा |
५) पांचवा है, लम्बा श्वास लो, ॐ कार का प्लुत(लम्बा) उच्चारण
करें, ॐ..... | ऐसे प्लुत उच्चारण करते रहे और देखते रहे १५ मिनट | पलके
हिले, ना हिले कोई बात नही | १५ मिनट के बाद मन में आत्मिक संचार, तो दिल
में दिव्य सद्गुण और शरीर में आरोग्य के कण बढ़ेंगे और भगवान प्रसन्न होंगे |
क्योंकी ॐ कार मन्त्र के देवता अन्तर्यामी परमात्मा हैं | इस ॐ कार मन्त्र
की शक्तियाँ खोजने वाले भगवान नारायण स्वयं हैं और ॐ कार मन्त्र की छंद
गायत्री है | जिसमें भी भगवत प्रभाव होता है मन्त्र में उसकी छंद गायत्री
हो जाती है, भगवत सबंधी | तो ॐ कार मन्त्र गायत्री छंद, परमात्मा ऋषि,
अन्तर्यामी देवता | क्यों जपते हो के ईश्वर प्रीती अर्थे, अथवा
सदबुद्धि प्राप्ति अर्थे, अथवा आरोग्य प्राप्ति अर्थे | जप करे
६) फिर एक
तरीका ये भी है दोनों कान में ऊँगली डालो हाथ आराम से रखो, गहरा श्वास लो ॐ
भरो उसमें | ॐ स्वरूप ईश्वर का नाम | श्वास रोको | मैं भगवान का हूँ,
भगवान मेरे हैं | अन्तर्यामी प्रभु का ये मन्त्र है | मैं स्मृति,
यादशक्ति, प्रीती भगवान में बढ़ाने के लिए जप करता हूँ | ॐ......कंठ से |
ऐसा १० बार करें | जल्दी नही प्यार से | एकदम शांति से | मन पवित्र,
ख़ुशी-ख़ुशी आ रही है | धीरे-धीरे अंतरात्मा का रस आ रहा है | नीरस व्यक्ति
ही अपराधी होता है | नीरस व्यक्ति क्रिमिनल होता है | जिसको अंतरात्मा का
रस आया वो क्रिमिनल नही बन सकता | ॐ...... | हंसी आ रही है | भगवान प्रसन्न
हो रहे हैं |
Improve peace of mind and concentration
1. I belong to God , God belongs to me. AUM-kar mantra from the Gayatri verse, Supreme soul is its founding saint, the reflection of our inner Lord is the God of this mantra. We recite mantra for improving memory power. Recite AUm from throat... Then, take a deep breath, keep a straight posture with both waist and shoulders straight. Repeat this twice. Then, suit in front of Gurudev's portrait or God or AUM's protrait and without blinking, stare at it. If you can persist for over a minute, then your mind will start getting focused.
2. Second technique involves Keeping the upper teeth slightly upwards and lower teeth slightly downwards where they don't touch and keep the tongue at the centre, neither rolled up or down. You can close your eyes if it pleases. Now concentrate your mind on your tongue. If the tongue remains still for even a minute, your mind will start get focused. Concentration is the solution for all problems. The power of soul arrives at the mind. Decision making power and positive attributes start developing.
3. Third technique involves holding your toes, hold two toes firmly and then focus your sight on the toe nails. Mind will automatically start stabilising.
4. Fourth technique involves Tank Vidya. Reverberate AUM in your throat for some time and then prepare for meditation and devotion. This will also help focus the mind.
5. Fifth option, Take a deep breath, then make a long pronunciation of AUM... AUMMM... Keep repeating it and then stare forward for 15 minutes. Doesn't matter if you move or not. After 15 minutes, your mind will reverberate in spiritual recluse, give rise to divine thoughts in your heart and empower your health, also Lord will be happy. This occurs as our own inner supreme self is the lord of AUM mantra. Lord Narayana himself discovered the powers of this mantra and is related to Gayatri verse. So, when you recite the AUM mantra, you recite it for the love of God, gaining his positive intellect and for good health.
6. Then, there is one more way. Put fingers in both your ears softly. Take a deep breath and fill it with AUM. Recite the AUM form of God. Hold the breath. I belong to God, God is mine. This is the mantra of my internal supreme self. I pray to thee to improve upon my memory, reminiscence and devotion towards You. AUM.. from throat. Do this 10 times. Not quickly but with love, with complete peace. Slowly, inner peace will reflect outside. Only a person without zest for life commits felony. One who benefits from this inner peace can never indulge in criminal life. AUM.... You feel like laughing.... Even God is pleased with you.
