शरीर का वजन ज्यादा लगे किसी को तो उसको नींबू का शरबत दोपहर के भोजन के एक घंटे के बाद पीना चाहिये | नींबू, शहद थोडा-सा और संतकृपा चूर्ण ( जो आश्रम में मिलता है ) मिलाकर वो पीये तो उससे वजन कम हो सकता है |
