अगर शरीर थोड़ा कमजोर है तो ओर बल लाना हो तो आंवले का रस भोजन के बीच ... उसमे थोड़ा शक्कर मिला दो.... पानी मिला दो ...बीच बीच में २-२ घूंट पियो... २०-२५-३० ग्राम.... मजबूत होगा, आंवले का रस श्रेष्ठ रसायन है |

Solution for weakness in the body

If one's body is frail and wants to increase strength, then he should consume Aamala juice during the meals made along with a little sugar in water. Take 2-2 sips... of 20-25-30 grams, this will bring strength to the body as Aamla juice is considered as the supreme chemical.
