आँखे बंद करके आँखों के पुतली पर दबाव डालके ध्यान करते हो तो मुसीबत बुलाते है | सिरदर्द हो जायेगा, थोड़ी देर में ऊब जाओगे, स्वभाव चिडचिडा हो जायेगा | आँखों की पुतली पर जोर डालकर ध्यान न करे । स्वाभाविक श्वास चल रहा है | श्वासों-श्वास को गिनो, प्रीतीपूर्वक भजो, सहज में बैठो, तन कर न बैठो ....अति ढीले न बैठो |
Caution during meditation :-
One who applies pressure on the eyeballs after closing eyes during meditation invites a lot of trouble. It will cause headaches, you will be tired of meditation quickly and develop erratic temperament. One must never apply pressure on the eyes during meditation. Let the breathing flow naturally. Count your breaths, pray with love and devotion, sit in a relaxed position which is neither stiff... or too loose.
