ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ ॐ चुप हो गये.. वही भीतर चले और शांत हो रहे ॐ स्वरूप ईश्वर| ये भी अपने आप में स्वतंत्र साधन.. विश्रांति योग देने में सक्षम साधन | ॐ ॐ ॐ चुप हो गये और ह्रदय में चले २–४ बार फिर चुप हो जाये | ॐ ॐ ॐ ह्रदय में भी चला| जितनी देर बाहरी उच्चारण किया, उससे थोडा-सा ज्यादा समय में भीतर उच्चारण और उतना समय भीतर शांत हो गये | न कपि चिंतयेत | ये सारी शिक्षाओं से भी ऊँची शिक्षा है | सारे आपाधापी से कर्मों से बहुत ऊँचा कर्म है |

This knowledge is superior than any ulterior learning outside. It is much more beneficial than engaging in effervescent worldly activities.
