होडाष्टक विशेष:

फाल्गुन मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की अष्टमी से लेकर फाल्गुन मास की पूर्णिमा याने होली के दिन तक का काल "होडाष्टक" कहलाता है | इन दिनों में शादी, ब्याह, सगाई आदि के काम नहीं किये जाते, लेकिन अगर जप-तप करते हैं तो बहुत फायदा होता है | चमत्कारिक फायदा होता है |

Hodashtak special:

The period from the ashtami of shukla paksh (from the eight day after no moon night) of the month of Falgun(around February-march) to Poonam / Purnima(full moonday )i.e. Holi of the month of Falgun is known as “Hodashtak”. During these days, ceremonies like marriages and engagement should not be done, but it is beneficiary to do recitation of mantra, meditation and observe austerity. Miraculous benefit is obtained.
