Hemoglobin की कमी है तो मुनक्का (द्राक्ष) रात तो भिगा दो, २५-३० दाने , और सुबह बीज निकाल के उबाल के खाओ ...खून बनेगा ।
Having haemoglobin deficiency:-
For haemoglobin deficiency, immerse 25-30 munaka(type of dry raisin) in water for a night .... in the morning, remove the seeds and then boil it before eating. This will aid blood formation in the body.
