पथरी मिटाने हेतु :-

पथरी हो तो ऑपरेशन नहीं करना | नारियेल का पानी और एक नींबू उसमे थोड़ा तुलसी का रस डाल के भागवान का नाम जप कर के लें ले । अथवा तो पत्थर चट बुट्टी के दो - दो पत्ते खाएं (आश्रम में से मिल सकती है ) कैसी भी पथरी हो आराम होगा और बिजोरा नींबू का रस लेने से भी पथरी टूट जाती है ।

For stone removal:

No need for operation if there is a problem of kidney stone. Coconut water mixed with juice of single lemon and some amount of basil juice should be consumed after recitation of God’s name. Otherwise two leaves of Pathar chat buti (Available in the Ashram) should be consumed, it will give relief. And consumption of Bijora lemon also breaks down the stone.
