पित्त की तकलीफ है तो थोडा गुनगुना नहीं तो हलका-फुलका ठंडा.. ज्यादा ठंडा भी न हो, गरम भी न हो ऐसा पानी जरा सा मिश्री डाल के पी लें तो पित्त में शांति होगी| नींद अच्छी आ जायेगी |
If you have excess acid problems then if you cannot get lukewarm, take mildly cold water, but not too cold water, also not too hot. Take it with little rock sugar in it and drink it to alleviate excess bile (pitta). You will be able to sleep better.
