बलवान बनने के लिए :-

“हरड, बेहडा, आँवला, घी, शक्कर संग खाए | हाथी दाबे बगल में तिन कोस ले जाय ||”

“हरड, बेहडा, आँवला जो शहद संग खाए | काख ताप गजराज को पाँच कोस ले जाय ||”


हरड, बेहडा, आँवला घी शक्कर संग खाए तो तीन कोस हाथी को बगल में ले जाए ऐसा बलवान होता है | अगर शहद के साथ खाता है तो पाँच कोस ले जाता उससे भी ज्यादा शक्ति आ जायेगी |

"HARAD, BEHDHA, AMLA JO SHAHAD SANG KHAAYE | KAAKH TAAP GAJARAAJ KO PAANCH KOSS LE JAAY ||"


One who takes Harad, behdha, amla, ghee and sugar together, gains the strength to pull an elephant below his arms for over three koss (~11 km); who takes Harad, behdha, amla with honey together, gains even more strength and can pull an elephant for over five koss (~18.3 km).
