सुखद प्राणायम - कैसी भी थकान हो भाग जायेगी और सुख चैन का अनुभव होगा | पूरक किया अगर गरम ऋतू है गरमी जैसे मार्च, अप्रैल, मई, जून है उन दिनों में करना है तो श्वास बाहें नाक से लें... रोके जितने देर रोक सकते है | फिर दाहें से छोड़े| ऐसे १ – २ बार खाली बाहें में से लें ... गरमी का कुप्रभाववाली उर्जा पैदा हो जायेगी | ज्यादा बाहें से लेंगे तो भूख मर जायेगी | गरमी मिटाना है तो १ – २ बाहें लें लिया | सर्दी मिटाना है १ – २ दाहें से बढ़ाना | जितनी देर सहज में रोक सके... बलपूरक नहीं | रोकें ...फिर मुहँ से श्वास ऐसे छोड़े.. जैसे होठों से जैसे सिटी बजाते है ना ऐसे श्वास छोड़े ... रुक – रुक के छोड़े ... ३ बार रुक रुक के छोड़े उसके बाद आखिरी में बलपूर्वक छोड़े... फु ..... ऐसे ५ – ७ करने से बड़ा सुख होगा स्वभाव की खिन्नता चली जायेगी | स्वभाव में सुख आयेगा|
Sukhad pranayam (to relieve tiredness)
Sukhad pranayam - Irrespective of how tired you are, you shall be relieved and also experience peace and happiness. Take a deep breath and hold it in... if its summer season, like the months of march, april, may, june, then take the breath in from your left nostril at start... Hold the breath as long as you can. Then, release breath from right nostril. If you repeat this for 1-2 times, then the energy to fight the harmful effects of heat will be generated inside. If you do this excessively, then it will result in loss of appetite. Just to relieve yourself from summer heat, only repeat this for 1-2 times. If you have to fight cold then take breath in from right nostril for 1-2 times. Hold the breath in naturally for as long as you can. then release the breath from your mouth while construing your lips as if you are blowing a whistle. Release your breath in pauses. After releasing in 3 pauses, then release the rest forcefully in the last one. Fuu........ Doing this 5-7 times will offer great relief, any grumpiness in behavior will go away. You shall have a pleasant behavior towards others.
