खाली पेट अथवा भोजन के बीच आँवले का रस, मिश्री और घी थोडा-सा लेने से बलवान बन जायेगा, शक्तिवान बन जायेगा |

On an empty stomach or in between meals, if one takes amla juice, rock sugar and ghee in small quantities, it will make him strong and resilient.
