धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्नता पाने के लिये :-

• दिवाली के दिन घर के मुख्य दरवाजे के दाई तरफ और बाई तरफ गेहूं की ढ़ेरी बनाकर उस पर एक दिया रख दे जो हो सके तो रत भर जलता रहे तो धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्ता प्राप्त होती है |
• सप्ताह में एक दिन नमक छोड़ दिया जाये रविवार या मंगलवार धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्ता प्राप्त होती है,
• रविवार को पुरुष है तो स्त्री का और स्त्री है तो पुरुष का स्पर्श न करे तो धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्ता प्राप्त होती है,
• शनिवार को पीपल के नीचे दिया जलाकर थोडा सा गंगा जल और सादा पानी लोटा भर के पीपल के मूल में चढ़ा दे धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्ता प्राप्त होती है,
• महाशिवरात्रि और निर्जला एकादशी साल में दो तिथियाँ ऐसी है के २४ घंटे भी अगर कोई बहादुर पानी भी न पिये तो उसके घर में धन लक्ष्मी की प्रसन्ता और कृपा प्राप्त होती है |

To achieve Goddess Lakshmi Happiness :-

• During Diwali, on both the right and the left side of the main door of your house, make a heap of wheat grain and place a lit lamp on it. Let the lamp be lit throughout the night if possible. By doing so, Goddess Lakshmi will be pleased.
• Additionally, once in a week – either on a Sunday or a Tuesday, abstain from consuming salt. Doing this will also please Goddess Lakshmi .
• On Sundays, females should not touch males and same way males should not touch females.
• On Saturdays, light a lamp near a fig (peepal) tree. In addition, pour a little Ganga water along with normal water at the core of this fig tree. This will Goddess Lakshmi and she will bless you with prosperity.
• On two days in a year, Mahashivratri and Nirjala Ekadashi, if one is bold enough and has the capacity, one should abstain even from consuming water for 24 hours. Dhanlakshmi will be pleased and will bless you.
