To Attain Inner Soul peace :-
In the mornings, make dhoop (dhoop agarbatti’s are available in the Ashram), inhale deeply, then chant “Om” slowly and rhythmically. Then,maintain silence for a moment, inhale deeply and continue the same process again. Repeat this about 5-11 times. By doing this, you will
be at peace internally. If the internal journey is good, then the external journey will be good. Your intelligence and brainpower will increase; if your brain is stable and without disturbances, your mind too will be stable and at peace. If your mind is stable, a devotee will experience wish fulfillment, and with a little effort, most of the things will be easily achieved.
