टोंसिल हो जाये तो क्या करें ? :-

आवाज में खराश है, गले में ये है... वो है ..... टोंसिल है ....फलाना है... ढींगना है.... | टोंसिल हो जाये तो क्या करें ? दाँत पे दाँत दबा कर शुद्ध हवा में से श्वास लें.... ऐसा ५ बार सुबह ५ बार शाम को करें और फिटकरी के कुल्ले करा दें | काहे को बच्चे के गले कटवाओ काहे को ऑपरेशन करवाओ | बच्चा आते समय भी ऑपरेशन नहीं और बच्चे के गले का भी ऑपरेशन करने की जरुरत नही और आपको भी पथरी हो जाये अपेंडिक्स हो जाये ऑपरेशन की कोई जरुरत नही |

In case of hoarse voice or tonsilitis then What is one supposed to do?

Place your upper jaw over the lower jaw and take deep breath in fresh air 5 times in the morning & 5 times in the evening and gargle with alum water.

Why to go in for unnecessary surgery?Don't go in for caesarean section during child birth nor go in for surgery for kidney stones & appendicitis.
