For concentration during mantra recitations:
When I recite I have a wavering mind…What should I do?...Recite once mantra on bead/mala and once in mind and then again on bead/mala will help in concentrating. Inhale deeply and recite your gurumantra, hold it as much as you can and then exhale. Exhale all air from your lungs and stay in that state and recite your gurumantra. This will help in calming the wavering mind. Every morning do this exercise 5 times, Inhale deeply and then exhale. Do this with an empty stomach. Inhale deeply and stay in that state and pull back the stomach inside as much as you can (Uddayan band). Stay still for 20-25 sec and then inhale; then again exhale and keep it that way for another 20-25 sec and pull back the stomach inside…At that time try to concentrate at a point in between the eyebrows if the eyes are closed but if open then concentrate on guru’s picture. Do this for 5 times daily…Never again will this question arise that I am unable to have single pointed concentration. Not only this the daily life problems will also start reducing from your life
